The Booking Process
Book your consultation
To book your consultation, please send me an email at info@onlycapturedbyaq.com or text me at 919-904-4272. You can also call and leave a voicemail and I'll be sure to return your call. Once the consultation is booked, we will have a virtual meeting via Google Meet. During our discussion, we will go over all the specifics of what you want to achieve during your session and answer any questions you may have.
It's important for me to get to know you better so that I can bring your vision to life. My goal is to make your photo session; whether its for your newborn baby, special event, or your personal milestone, I want to make this an unforgettable experience that you will truly cherish!
Once our consultation is complete, we will move to the next step, booking your photoshoot session!
Book your photoshoot session
To begin the booking process, all clients are required to complete a pre-session questionnaire. This helps ensure I fully understand your vision and can deliver the best possible experience. Once your questionnaire is submitted, I will send over your custom invoice. Your session date and time will be officially reserved once your deposit invoice is paid in full.
PLEASE NOTE: Completion of the questionnaire is required before an invoice can be issued.
All bookings must be made at least 10 days in advance of your scheduled session or event. This allows adequate time for you to complete the required questionnaire, submit any necessary reference images, and for your payment to be processed in full no later than 7 days before your shoot.
Bookings requested within 7 days of your session date are considered rush bookings and will incur a $100 rush fee. This fee covers the extra time and resources required to properly prepare your session on short notice. Rush availability is limited and not guaranteed. This policy ensures I have the space to deliver thoughtful, high-quality work without compromising the creative process.
The session deposit must be paid in full at least one week before the scheduled shoot. My sessions range from 1 hour to 8 hours in length, and I typically recommend booking them 2 to 4 weeks in advance when possible.
Planning the photoshoot
I'm happy and give you pointers along the way. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to reach out to me. I'm always available and ready to assist.
If doing a personal portrait shoot don't be afraid to bring along any props like blankets, baskets, books, toys, or journals. Let's make sure your photos are a true representation!
On the day of the shoot I want you to enjoy a fun, stress-free session!
Receiving your photos
You can expect to receive your online gallery of edited images within days or a week of your session. (Depending on the type of session you book.) You'll receive a watermarked gallery of your photos to review.
Once you have access to the gallery, you will be able to select your favorite photos included in your package and purchase additional photos if desired and pay your remaining balance. After the payment is made, I will then send your selected images to you within 1-2 days. Plus any bonuses included in your package.
You will also receive full print release rights. You will have access to your online gallery for 2 months, so you can take your time selecting additional photos if you like.
