Booking Policy: To begin the booking process, all clients are required to complete a pre-session questionnaire. This helps ensure I fully understand your vision and can deliver the best possible experience. Once your questionnaire is submitted, I will send over your custom invoice. Your session date and time will be officially reserved once your deposit invoice is paid in full. PLEASE NOTE: Completion of the questionnaire is required before an invoice can be issued. All bookings must be made at least 10 days in advance of your scheduled session or event. This allows adequate time for you to complete the required questionnaire, submit any necessary reference images, and for your payment to be processed in full no later than 7 days before your shoot. ​​Bookings requested within 7 days of your session date are considered rush bookings and will incur a $100 rush fee. This fee covers the extra time and resources required to properly prepare your session on short notice. Rush availability is limited and not guaranteed. This policy ensures I have the space to deliver thoughtful, high-quality work without compromising the creative process. - 2 hours of on-site photography at your outdoor location. Free travel within 20-mile round trip. For locations beyond this, a travel fee of $0.75 per mile applies. My starting location is North Carolina Central University. - Must pay 50% of the booking fee one week before the date of the shoot to secure the booking. The remainder is due after you receive your watermarked gallery and select your desired 10. (Tax will be included on each invoice) Once payment is complete, I will deliver the gallery of your images unwatermarked, along with the complimentary slideshow featuring your selected 10. - 10 Beautifully edited photos of your choice - 3-5 day turnaround Studio Session Add-On: Prefer a studio setting for your portraits? Add a $150 studio rental fee to your package for a studio-polished, professional look. Additional Hourly Coverage: Need extra time? Add as many hours as you need for $50/hour. Extra photos can be purchased separately at standard rates. Add-On Options for Photos: - Extra Individual Digital Photos: $25 each Digital Photo Packages: - 5 photos: $90 ($18 each) - 10 photos: $170 ($17 each) - 20 photos: $320 ($16 each)
